This is a promotion for the new chat and club Open Artists ~Open-Artists. Be sure to visit the chat if you have questions and if no ones there leave a note at the club account. If use an open source program your welcome to come. Its open to all those whom use or make open art. However if your reading this you probably just want to know of the Halloween Contest!

In this Halloween Contest anything goes really! Just a few obvious rules...

Use whatever piece of art you wish.
Get the entry in by November 1^st 9:00pm pst.
DO NOT steal art! Any theft will be reported!
You must use at least one free or open source software to create or enhance your piece
to enter, you must be a member, and you need to note the piece of art you're submitting (and please tell which software(s) you used to create it or enhance it)

This contest is just for fun. You will be placed in the Winners spot in the chat and your art will be displayed on the club site. If you do not want your art on there we will not put it on. Judges will be ~razor180, =GustavTheMushroom, and ~SwanArt
